These pages describe the plumbing work we take on and give you a way to reach us. Typing something into the contact form opens a conversation; it doesn’t put a truck on your street, hold a time slot, or bind anyone to anything. Whatever gets confirmed by phone or in a follow-up after you submit that form is the actual commitment, not the act of hitting send.

Whatever figure you hear on the phone or on-site reflects what’s known at that moment. Cut into a wall, run a camera down a line, or find a part that isn’t what it looked like from outside, and the picture can change; when it does, you hear about it and why before another minute of work happens. You won’t find a rate card anywhere on this site. A number that tries to cover both a five-minute fixture swap and a full repiping job would be lying to somebody, so none gets posted, and every job gets priced on its own after we actually see it.

Browsing these pages doesn’t promise a technician at your door by any particular hour, and reading a guide here is not the same as having someone stand in your bathroom and look at the actual pipe. Only a visit that’s been confirmed, by phone or by the message you get after submitting the form, carries any commitment about timing, scope, or a dollar figure. Treat the site as the front door, not the appointment.

Anything explanatory posted on this site, including future how-it-works guides, is meant as general background, not a substitute for someone licensed looking at your actual pipes in person. If you attempt a repair yourself based on something read here, that’s on you; we can’t stand behind an outcome we didn’t see or touch.

Use of this site falls under Florida law, plain and simple. These terms get revised now and again as the business or the site changes, and whichever version is live on the page is the one that applies at that moment; there’s no separate changelog kept elsewhere.
