A plain explanation of what this site gathers when you use it, and what becomes of that information afterward.
What this covers
This page is about the website itself: the pages you browse and the form you might fill out on it. It doesn’t govern a phone call, since a conversation isn’t logged by this policy, and it doesn’t govern paperwork tied to a scheduled job, which is handled separately once a visit is confirmed.
What the form asks for, and what your browser hands over anyway
The contact form asks for a name, a phone number, an email address, your city, and a short line describing the plumbing issue, plus anything extra you choose to add. Submitting it also passes along a handful of technical details your browser sends on its own: an IP address, a device or browser type, which page you were on, the site that linked you here, and any campaign tags (UTM, GCLID, or similar) riding along in the link you clicked.
None of that includes a card number, a bank account, a password, or a government-issued ID. This site doesn’t ask for any of those, and it never will through this form.
Why any of it gets kept
It exists to get you a response: a call or an email back, and eventually a scheduled visit if you want one. Nothing you submit gets sold to a data broker, repackaged into a mailing list, or handed to an unrelated advertiser. Except as described in the analytics section below, the only place your details travel is into the scheduling system used to run the day-to-day of this business, and to the people on this team who actually need to see it to follow up.
Analytics and third parties on this page
This website uses Google Analytics, a measurement service of Google LLC. It records the pages you view and how you use them, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and the type of device and browser you use, and it sets its own cookies to tell visits apart. We use this to count visits and improve the website. This information is not sold. Learn how Google uses this data, and your choices, at https://www.google.com/
When you send a form, Google Analytics can also detect the email address, phone number and street address you typed and send them to Google in hashed form (turned into a code that does not show the original text), so that Google can measure which visits lead to a request.
This website also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a measurement service by Cloudflare, Inc. that counts page views and loading times without cookies and without following you across other websites.
This website counts a few anonymous interactions, such as taps on the phone number, clicks on buttons and starting or sending a form, together with the page where they happen. Our website platform, LunOS, keeps these counts without cookies and without your name, phone number or email, and they are used only to understand which pages help visitors reach us.
If you reach this website from an online ad, the page address can include an ad click identifier (such as gclid, wbraid or gbraid). When you send a form, that identifier is sent with it so we can tell which ads bring requests. It does not identify you by name.
To block spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check by Cloudflare, Inc. that reads technical information about your browser and device. It does not use advertising cookies.
Some pages of this website show a map from Google Maps, a service of Google LLC. The map loads from Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address.
Asking us to remove it
Call, or send a message through the contact form, and ask what’s on file under your name or number. Ask for it gone and it comes down, aside from whatever a completed job legitimately requires us to keep on our own records. There’s no account to log into and no separate request form; the phone number and the form on this site are the whole channel.

This page can change as the site or how it’s run changes, and whatever is posted here is the version currently in force. Florida law is what this policy sits under.
Text messages (SMS)
When you check the SMS consent box on a form on this website, Davie Emergency Plumbing SFL uses the mobile number you give us to send you the text messages you agreed to receive: replies to service requests and appointment reminders.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
