What happens to your information here

This page is about the website itself: the pages you browse and the form you might fill out on it. It doesn’t govern a phone call, since a conversation isn’t logged by this policy, and it doesn’t govern paperwork tied to a scheduled job, which is handled separately once a visit is confirmed.

The contact form asks for a name, a phone number, an email address, your city, and a short line describing the plumbing issue, plus anything extra you choose to add. Submitting it also passes along a handful of technical details your browser sends on its own: an IP address, a device or browser type, which page you were on, the site that linked you here, and any campaign tags (UTM, GCLID, or similar) riding along in the link you clicked.

None of that includes a card number, a bank account, a password, or a government-issued ID. This site doesn’t ask for any of those, and it never will through this form.

It exists to get you a response: a call or an email back, and eventually a scheduled visit if you want one. Nothing you submit gets repackaged into a mailing list, sold to a data broker, or handed to an unrelated advertiser. The only place your details travel is into the scheduling system used to run the day-to-day of this business, and to the people on this team who actually need to see it to follow up.

This site does not run any analytics or tracking script: no Google Analytics tag, no ad pixel, nothing measuring how you move through these pages. That’s an unusual thing to be able to say honestly, and it’s true here.

One outside service does still load in places: a Google-hosted map pointing at this business’s own listing. Opening a page that carries it means your browser talks to Google directly for that map, under Google’s own rules, separate from anything on this site.

Call, or send a message through the contact form, and ask what’s on file under your name or number. Ask for it gone and it comes down, aside from whatever a completed job legitimately requires us to keep on our own records. There’s no account to log into and no separate request form; the phone number and the form on this site are the whole channel.

This page can change as the site or how it’s run changes, and whatever is posted here is the version currently in force. Florida law is what this policy sits under.
